Optional Google Analytics

Only after you choose “Allow analytics,” this website loads Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location, and selected interactions. These include clicks to play the featured video, visit YouTube, or open an email inquiry, accepted contact-form submissions, and whether a visitor scrolls through most of a page. An inquiry or form submission is not a confirmed booking. Analytics receives only a fixed submission event, never the details you entered.

Google Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and cookies; this is not a list of named visitors. We do not send email message contents, medical records, names, or contact-form entries to Analytics. We do not enable Google advertising signals or advertising personalization, and we do not use this setup for health-based advertising. We remove URL query strings and fragments from reported page addresses and use only predefined campaign labels.

Your choice and cookies

“No thanks” leaves optional Analytics off. The “Analytics settings” control at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice. We remember that choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This preference is not an advertising identifier.

If you allow Analytics, its first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_RNXXH282BV, are configured to expire after 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics collection and clears these website cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google. Browser privacy controls and blockers can also prevent collection. This website respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional Analytics off.

YouTube videos

Video previews use thumbnails from YouTube. Pressing play loads YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player, or you can follow a link to YouTube itself. These requests share connection information with Google/YouTube and are separate from your Analytics choice. YouTube’s own privacy rules and controls apply; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Hosting and email inquiries

Namecheap hosts this website. Its servers keep operational access logs, which may include IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and request times. These hosting logs are separate from optional Google Analytics. See Namecheap’s Privacy Policy.

The contact form collects your name, email address, and any optional message you provide. Namecheap’s server processes the submission and sends it to recoveryyogawithme@gmail.com, where it is used to respond to your inquiry. Email links remain available as an alternative and open your email application. Messages are handled through Namecheap and Google/Gmail, not stored in a separate website inquiry database or added to a mailing list by this form.

When you interact with the form, it uses an essential session cookie named ryw_contact to protect submissions and avoid duplicates. This cookie is separate from optional Analytics. Anti-spam checks temporarily keep keyed hashes of IP addresses and request counts outside the public website; they do not contain your name, email address, or message. Expired counters are removed when later submissions are processed. Hosting and mail-service logs are managed separately by those providers.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or detailed health information. This is a general yoga inquiry form, not a patient portal or an emergency contact method. Contact the business email to ask about information you have submitted.
