MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Practice with
Madison S.

Madison is a certified yoga instructor with seven years of experience and a licensed physician assistant. She teaches online, offering private yoga instruction with time for your questions and your individual starting point.

Her focus is adults over 40 and people returning to movement after injury. Beginners, older adults, and people in larger bodies are welcome to ask about a practice shaped around their needs.

These services are yoga instruction, not medical appointments, physical therapy, or personal medical advice. For an injury or health condition, consult your treating healthcare professional before beginning.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Come as
you are.

Do I need to be flexible or have yoga experience?

No. Private instruction can begin with your current abilities and experience. You can ask questions and take your time.

Can I begin if I’m recovering from an injury?

Begin by discussing your situation and any movement restrictions from your healthcare professional. Yoga instruction is not medical treatment or physical rehabilitation.

What’s the difference between videos and private yoga?

Videos give you a way to get to know the teaching and practice independently. Private instruction offers time for your questions and guidance focused on your individual needs.
